Digestive diseases directly impact 70 million Americans. Yet prevention and treatment are often challenging. Far too many pass up truly life-saving tests like colonoscopies, needlessly fearing the experience (painless for most patients), or out of sheer embarrassment. And that’s where we’re making the difference.

Far too many pass up truly life-saving tests like colonoscopies, needlessly fearing the experience (painless for most patients), or out of sheer embarrassment. And that’s where we’re making the difference.

A UNIQUE APPROACH CAN LEAD TO GREAT RESULTS

We’re aggressively attacking the problem on every front: funding important clinical research into diagnosis and treatment; sponsoring education for doctors, nurses, and related professionals; and supporting them in their search to find new and better ways to treat and manage GI diseases.

Even more, we’re putting talented young physician-scientists into the mix, giving them their chance to do groundbreaking clinical research in a setting that’s non-bureaucratic, real world, and practice-based.
